榮榮園 1965年開始營業的道地浙寧餐廳-榮榮園,

由老闆兼主廚黃呈郎掌杓,台灣鹿港人;

擁有50年資歷,曾獲邀到德國的中國餐廳掌廚獻藝;

精湛的好手藝,是江浙菜裡「大師級」的人物;

在少油減糖的現代飲食中完整保留了老浙寧的家鄉味。

店內另一號重要角色,為黃老闆的老婆,人稱『小山東』的李桂榮。

三十多年前,曾在台北館前路有家赫赫有名的江浙餐廳『聚豐園』服務;

大方、直爽、親和力十足的個性,為榮榮園不可或缺的人物,

如今已成為了餐飲界的大姐大。

榮榮園由這對夫妻,一個掌廚一個掌櫃,

50幾年來從未休息過,共譜出台北浙寧老菜的傳奇。

A glimpse into the legendary Zhejiang Cuisine, a taste on the 60 years of authenticity!


Beginning in 1965, Rong Rong Yuan Restaurant has been the synonym for authentic Zhejiang cuisine. Founded together by Chef Huang Shing Lang with over 60 years of experience in Chinese cuisine and his wife, Shandong.


Once serve for the former presidents and was invited to German for his expertise and cooking techniques, Rong Rong Yuan Restaurant is the work of life and his love for homeland to Chef Huang and Shandong thus has became a legend in the industry.


With the changing lifestyle and trend in tastes of their guests in Rong Rong Yuan Restaurant. Some of the dishes have been adjusted mildly to cater the modern taste. However, as the chef and team take no compromise on details like handpicking shrimp shells daily or slow-cooked chicken soup following a century of recipes, the legacy remains.


Over 50 years of enjoyment and precious memories for guests from all over the world, the authentic Zhejiang Cuisine of Rong Rong Yuan Restaurant has become a vivid heritage to the city at large.
