INDULGE Experimental Bistro 成立於2009年的秋天,

核心宗旨在於推廣來自於台灣這塊土地上,

人、事、時、地、物融合各種跨界藝術與設計的可能性,

並透過對世界餐飲經典與潮流並進的思維、邏輯與組合,

呈現給每個到來的客人,一種獨一無二的台灣感官新體驗。

而其中最備受來自世界各地產業人士矚目且最具代表性的部分,

就是店主人Aki Wang巧妙運用來自”全台灣各地268座茶園的茶葉”,

佐以台灣鮮明四季變換帶出”二十四節氣”來自於20個行政區在季食材,

將兩者依據著各式酒類的製程與特性,

完美平衡調製在其中並帶出令人出乎意料之外的纖細美味

(備註:每兩週為一個節氣,全年依序推出24款結合茶的調酒),

我們稱之為Tea & Cocktail Mixology Taiwan。



在2016年的冬天,進行了一場為期2個月的室內翻修工程,

將整體空間分成一樓及地下室兩個酒吧,

我們將一樓以台灣”二十四節氣” 在季食材結合”茶”為主的服務架構,

稱之為From The Land。

將地下室改裝成類船艙的空間,

透過定期邀請來自各個國家不同產業人士的跨界客座合作,

一探究竟因不同文化碰撞而產生的雞尾酒可能性,

稱之為To The World。



INDULGE Experimental Bistro 即將期滿8年之際的同時,

我們還是持續秉持著最初的信念,每年更換一次結合台灣文化於世界潮流的酒單與菜單,

藉由每一天生活裡各種新經驗的感受與累績,

匯整起來後帶給每個到來的人們在味蕾上的新體驗。

傍晚時分來臨,我們總是提早點亮了燈,沉靜的座落在這城市裡的一角,

用心仔細的準備著,開心期盼的等待著您的到來,

吧台與廚房是個藏著珍饈魔法的百寶箱,

而調酒師和廚師則是將其味美嶄露無遺的魔術師,開啟每位客人的味蕾體驗輕旅行。

Founded in the autumn of 2009, Indulge Experimental Bistro’s mission is to promote the possibility of integrating art and design from Taiwan with international hospitality trends to deliver the unique experience for our guests upon entering Indulge Experimental Bistro.



We do believe that we are creating the Liquid Art. Not only for making excellent drinks but also for exploring the artistic possibility of our work. Welcome to Indulge Experimental Bistro Taipei, Taiwan. In the place we proudly call home, we are honor to show you how beautiful Taiwan is.


Our most iconic and internationally praised signature is the “Tea & Cocktail Mixology Taiwan” concept created by the bar owner, Aki Wang. Through laboriously using “ Tea from 268 different estates around Taiwan”, Aki has successfully combined the local seasonal ingredients* from 20 different administrative regions with tea and liquor to create 24 unique cocktails as the perfect balance between amazing authenticity and delicate deliciousness.


*For every two weeks, the Solar Term changes as the season progresses. Create 24 different cocktails according to The 24 Solar Term in Chinese culture.



In the winter of 2016, Indulge Experimental Bistro underwent series of exciting renovations for two month. The bistro has now been divided into 2 different bars. On the first floor, we carefully integrated the Taiwanese 24 Solar Term Concept and the authentic Taiwanese tea and local ingredients into our service, called From The Land.



In the basement, the renovation featured cargo deck and world map. We regularly invite cross-disciplines professionals from all over the world for guest bartending events to experiment with multiple dimensions of crafted cocktails and bringing the results out to the international hospitality society. We name the exciting exploration as To The World.


Welcoming our 8th anniversary, we hold the same passion and mission from the very beginning. Reinventing our drink and food menu annually to combine Taiwanese culture, world trend and experiences accumulated from our daily progress is our approach to constantly bring groundbreaking enjoyment on the palates for our guests. This is our ever-ongoing experiment; this is our one of its own kind indulgence!
